Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Delivery Time
United States
- Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days after processing
United Kingdom & Europe
- Estimated delivery: 7–13 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays caused by carrier delays, weather events, or high-demand periods are outside our control and do not qualify for automatic refunds.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours of shipment. If you have not received tracking information after 3 business days, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and around your property first
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
- If still unresolved, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open a claim on your behalf
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost, re-shipping fees may apply. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
